Are you looking for an experienced professional to implement your IBM Cognos 8 Planning system? Do you or your employees need classes in Analyst and Contributor taught at your location? Would you like a cost-effective alternative to hiring a large consulting firm to manage your implementation?
Mitch Paioff is an experienced implementer and trainer of IBM Cognos 8 Planning software, formerly known as Adaytum ePlanning, and also known as Deltek Planner.
With over eight years of experience on that platform, Mitch has established a track record of successful implementations, effective training experiences, and satisfied clients. A true road warrior, Mitch will travel anywhere in the world to serve your software needs.
Consulting Background
Prior to starting his own consulting business in 2001, Mitch worked as a consultant for Adaytum Corporation, which was acquired by Cognos in 2003. After the acquisition by Cognos, Adaytum's ePlanning product was renamed Cognos Planning. IBM recently acquired Cognos, and the product is now called IBM Cognos 8 Planning.
In his role as a consultant for Adaytum, Mitch did implementations, taught classes, and prepared product demonstrations on Adaytum's ePlanning applications. He also worked on the Help Desk and in the Best Practices Lab.
Since 2001, Mitch has implemented IBM Cognos 8 Planning for dozens of companies, large and small, all over the US and in Canada, as an independent consultant. He has trained over 300 students on the Analyst and Contributor products. He has been a project manager, model builder, trainer, and designer.
| "Mitch's depth of experience and hands-on knowledge of the Cognos Analyst and Contributor applications were critical to the success of this project. He was able to quickly understand our business processes and then customize the forecasting model to fit our needs. More importantly, Mitch was able to transfer knowledge of the software, enabling In-Sink-Erator to take true ownership of the process. All while under an aggressive timetable."
- Thomas Orlowski, Director, eBusiness, In-Sink-Erator
